Shoaib Riaz has completed his MBA from University Tun Abdul Razak (UNITAR), Malaysia--a member university of AACSB. Prior to this, he has worked with the human resources department of one of the corporations in Pakistan.

He has been associated with SZABIST Dubai since December 2008. In SZABIST he teaches course such as Management Principles, Research Methods, Business Law, and Public Enterprise Management. Moreover, he also supervises students’ research in the field of management. His research interest spans in the areas of Marketing, Human Resource Management, and Entrepreneurship.
