Muneeza Shoaib has done her BBA (1998) and MBA (1999) from the Institute of Business Administration, Karachi. 

Most of her working experience has been in teaching with a teaching career spanning over nine years with the leading Business Schools of Pakistan including IBA, CBM, CAMS and SZABIST. She has been actively involved in Student Academic Counseling, Curriculum and Disciplinary Committees, organizing Industry Seminars, and as Faculty Advisor to various Students’ Societies.

She has also been associated with the Business Support Center of IoBM (CBM) Pakistan, which provides consultancy and training services to small and medium sized organizations, as well as to some public sector entities in Pakistan. Her industry experience has been with Mascot Marketing, a Direct Marketing & PR firm in Karachi, Pakistan. 

Her published work includes a Research Paper on Brand Strategies, and articles on E-Marketing, in the Pakistan Business Review.

Currently she is working at Szabist Dubai as Permanent Faculty & Coordinator for the Management Sciences Program.  In addition to the teaching and coordinating responsibilities, she supervises student research work in the areas of Marketing, HR and Management.

Having a deep passion for teaching, she has taught a broad range of courses in the disciplines of Marketing and Management.
